Could Heart Fluttering Be A Result Of Intense Stress?

Hi, I am 45, errrr a bit over weight but generally healthy, my heart suddenly seems to have started fluttering ? Should I be worried ? I also have a minor sensation on the left side of my chest but might just be getting myself a bit stressed. I have had ECG tests I'm the past and they have been fine.

Thank you

Dear in case if u feel this fluttering ocasionally i.e in a month or 2 month it may be due to electrolyte disbalance ..u can take ORS solution in such condition it will replinish the sodium n pottasium level in blood n hence proper conduction in heart.
U should consult a physcian n ask him to check ur serum cholestrol i.e lipid profile.
Serum T3,T4, TSH and blood pressure monitoring. In females these signs are seen at the time of menopause..i.e post menopausal syndrome. Good luck
