Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The first step is to treat the underlying condition.
Reduce or mask the unwanted noise.
Sometimes, tinnitus goes away spontaneously, without any intervention at all.
Take zinc or magnesium supplements.
If you dont get better you should se an ENT specialist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
