Could Flu Vaccine And Hepatitis B Vaccine Cause Inaccurate HIV Test Result?

I had a recent hiv test 1/25/12 which my physician stated showed a positive result. I work in the healthcare industry and had been vaccinated at work in late september 9/27/11 with flu vaccine and also opted to take a hepatitis b vaccine as well at the end of the year (unsure of exact date) even though my exposure to patients is minimal. Could these vaccines cause the hiv test to be inaccurate? I am to go in next week for further follow-up with my physician.

2. The best way to confim hiv by PCR- polymerase chain reaction test and the viral load test this will give the particle count in the blood
3. The flu and hepatitis -B vaccines are helpful alot in hiv positive individuals because they prevent the disease worsen
