Could Fever, Sore Legs, Loss Of Appetite And Tiredness Of A 3 Year Old Be Due To Virus Infection?

My Three year old son had a high fever for four days and hasn t been right since. He hasn t been eating, complaining of sore legs and highly sentive. He is also very tired, he is normally a very active boy. I have read that some of his symptoms could relate to a ear infection, although he hasn t complained of ear ache. Do you think it is more than. Virus? Thanks

See children get viral infection no of times in a year....Each they came across with different virus....and developed immunity against then.....generally viral infections lead to mild fever, Body ache, loss of appetite and vomiting and nausea....symptoms of viral infection remain 10 15 days....
But if high fever persists for 4 5 days...This could be some other infection other than the viral....
So I would suggest you to visit a doctor..
I hope this will help you. .
