Could Fever Along With Abdominal Pain And Diarrhoea Be Symptoms Of Diverticulitis?

Would diverticulitis cause a fever? My husband has been struggling with abdominal pain, diarrhea andvomiting . please know he does not have a stomach at all! Gastric bypass gone bad. Septic in hospital due to internal incisions opened. Water went down his throat and out his laproscopic incision. Had to open him. Take out intestines wash them and put back. Then repair surgery removed stomach altogether. Now goes esophagus to intestine an is allergic to wheat. Sick off and on all the time. Now wondering about maybe diverticulitis. Any info will help. Thanks Vicki

Abdominal pain, fever and diarrhea may be due to diverticulitis. You can take norflox-tz or oflox-oz after an expert opinion with meftal-spaz or cyclopam for severe abdominal pain. Take rekool-d or rabson-dsr for vomiting and gastric upset empty stomach. Drink plenty of oral fluids or ORS to maintain the fluid balance. Consult your surgeon if not improved with the medicines.
