General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

MRI will guide treatment and if possible neurosurgical treatment can be helpful, and a score is used by neurologist like Wechsler memory scale-revised can help in treatment. Eye examination with retinoscope for retina is needed there is pathology in eye so consult neurologist and ophthalmologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sunny Madar, General & Family Physician
