General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Cipralex can can induce hair loss as a rare and reversible side effect that may develop in the first few month of treatment and that is resolved after stopping the taking of the drug.
So, if the symptoms continue, you should consult your doctor about an alternative treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
