General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi

Ear infections does not cause dizziness or vertigo.Ear infections can only cause pain, discharge ,pus or blood, rise in temperature.

Focal seizures may not present like usual seizure symptoms. It can present as unusual head or eye movements, contraction of body on one side. After confirming diagnosis, Carbamazepine or lamotrigene can be used.

X ray neck may be required to rule out cervical spondylosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
