General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I appreciate your concern for the low BP.
Incomplete data; Age, gender, dose and duration of treatment with Candesartan, presence of any other disease.

The usual dosage of Candesartan for an adult patient is between 8-32 mg/day, given once or twice daily.

As per the history given in your case, I am of the opinion that low BP appears to be due to high dose of Candesartan.

So, in view of the recurrent dizzy spells & headaches, you are advised to visit your treating doctor for re assessment and possible dosage adjustment for Candesartan.

Hope these suggestions are helpful to you.

A feedback is appreciated.
