Could Delayed Periods Along With Back And Abdominal Pain Be Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Hello Iam 28 I have PCOS and me and my husband trying to conceive.. My period has been regular for a year ..now iam 16 days late and I don t feel good i had back pains and iam tired all the time and I have pain in my left side every time I do any thing or walk much or even if I was in the car my side start getting like period pain Could I be pregnant?? Or what?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The delay in periods could be due to conception.
The urine pregnancy (UPT) test is taken up to confirm pregnancy.
Urine pregnancy test becomes positive 10-14 days after conception.
Thus, you can take up UPT to confirm pregnancy.
The back pain and tiredness may not be due to conception.
I suggest you to get a complete hemogram to check the level of hemoglobin since low hemoglobin or anemia are the commonest cause of tiredness and weakness.
Back pain could be musculoskeletal in origin.
If the pain is chronic, you may consult an orthopedician for clinical assessment and relevant investigations to find out the cause of pain.
