Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have corns in both your legs which have not gone with medicines and surgery . Well there can be many reasons for corn formation like improper walking motion , pressure on the toes , friction or rubbing . i would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may consider laser treatment after examining the condition . Lasers generate a tremendous amount of heat and will burn the bone. You can opt some natural remedies also by using baking soda , white vinegar and Turpentine Oil .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
