Could Cold, Cough, Fever And Lump Under Earlobe Be Related?

I have a pea size lump underneath my right earlobe on the right side if my neck. I also have a marble size lump on the lower part of my neck, right side, approximately 2 " down from my ear lobe. Both lumps appeared suddenly over 3 weeks ago with no cold, cough, or known infections at the time. The pea size lump does tend to come and go, I also have a feeling of a constant low grade fever and sweating on the neck area itself , as well as a feeling of my right ear feeling blocked or plugged

Hi welcome to HCM....

Let me know you here your physical examination is must .....

This swelling along with low grade fever can be from tuberculosis like infection ...
This could be cold abscess like swelling ....
For that sputum examination and FNAC from swelling done ....

FNAC will also suggest toward other diagnosis if possibility .....

So I would suggest you to consult physician for examination....

Avoid smoking .....

Take care ....
