Hello,

Multiple lymph nodes in the neck can be a sign of lymphoma. The excision biopsy might have developed keloid and subsequent tumor spillage to keloid.

You can go for an IHC(immunohistochemistry) to confirm the diagnosis and determine the type of tumor. Chemotherapy will be the treatment of choice.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family physician
