Could Chronic Cough Be A Symptom Of Pneumonia?

i have a cough that once i start coughing, it is uncontrollable. I feel like I have bubbles when I breathe too. I had pneumonia and type B flu in late April. Could this be another case of pneumonia? I don t have a fever or aches, but have had the sore throat and this persistent cough since Wednesday.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It is possible to be a respiratory infection like bronchitis, pneumonia, or Gerd asthma etc. I suggest you to do an X-ray of the chest, and blood test.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
