my wife water bag rupture arround 4am,my wife rush to hospital arround 4.36am.in hospital the doctor check my wife and monitor baby heart rate and other check up for 2hrs,and they say everthing was ok,wait until the pain come.arround 7.am they send my wife to normal ward.over there my wife start feel the pain and my wife go to the counter and told the nurse,she is feel very painfull,and then they checking the cervix opening,cervix dilated arround 5cm,and arround 11.30am they ask to go to labour ward,and i myself bring her to labour ward using wheel chair.over there,the nurse ask to lie down at bed,and put with CTG machine arround the abdominal,and the nurse go out of the room,left my wife alone,and my wife feel very painfull and screming,and the nurse come again and ask my wife why southing,and my wife say very painfull,and then she bring one kind of silinder and ask inhall the gas,and when my wife ask her why she give that then ,she told my wife the thing for reduce the pain,after that she went out again ,left my wife alone.after arround 45minute my wife keep on screeming due to very pain,then the nurse came again and ask my wife why shouthing,my wife say very painfull.then the nurse tighten my wife leg with bed corner,one nurse hold at abdominal and one nurse ask to push.and my wife try to push,and tell the nurse she cannot,and both of them go out again,left my wife alone with both of hand and leg thighten with bed corner after that my wife keep screeaming due to very pain,and after few minute both of the nurse come again and try to cut the vaginal and they left without say anything to my wife ,after few minute they came with doctor,the doctor strait away go to the ctg machine and ask the nurse why waiting so long,than all of them go out together after few second the nurse came to my wife ask for signature for do the caesarean,than 3pm they bring to operation theatre to do caesarean.3.15pm my baby was born.than they bring my baby with oxigen support to nursery room,than the doctor told me that my baby was drinking the dirthy water,stuck at lungs cannot breath,and must support with oxigen machine.and after few days they slowly take out the machine.inside my discharge summary-mild hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE)born via emerngency LSCS FOR FETAL BRADYCARDIA raised cardiac enzyme(but drop trend) ,after few month i was realised that my baby was abnormal ,and i go see the pediatric and i found that my baby was cerebral palcy-hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy. MRI report shows cerebral atrophy and right parietal infarct due to previous insult.now I already find a lawyer.but i need a supporting information to help my case,i was spending so much on my baby therapy.my baby was normal before birth but now cp.please help me.i am just middle class man,and im only sole bread winner for my family.
