Could Bleeding And Orange Thick Fluid Discharge From Nose Be Sinus Infection?

So I have this orangish, thick (at times thin) fluid flowing out of my nose, is it just a dry nose with it being winter? Or is it something more serious like a sinus infection? I also have small clumps of blood that come out only one nostril of my nose.

Thanks for asking in healthcaremagic forum

In short: May be dryness/sinus infection

Explanation: Simple dryness can cause you bleeding and later infection causing discharge. So, keep your body well hydrated. DO not pick nose. Wash nose with warm water only. No nails please.
Ask your doctor for sinus x-ray.
