Could Back Pain Preceding A Stroke Be Interrelated?

I was affected by a stroke a year before. I am still finding it difficult to walk by myself without a support, iam still using a crutch to move around in the house. I had this excruciating lower backache pain even before my stroke. Is my backache associated with the stroke or is it a different issue.

Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
Teorically back pain isn't related with stroke and doen't preced it.
It may be a minor problem of your spine probably a protrusion, nothing to worry too much
Hope my answer will help you
