Could Abdominal Pains Be The Side Effect Of Lamisil?

Hello Dr. Grief. I am experiencing painful side effects to Lamisil, which I am taking for toe nail fungus. Is it advisable to discontinue taking them until I can see my doctor? The pains are abdominal, and radiate to upper GI with symptoms similar to what we typically call a liver attack. The pain also resembles diarrhea-type pain, and it comes in flare-ups throughout the day. Thank you for your help! Pablo

hi Pablo, thanks for approaching healthcare magic team. I understand your concern. you haven't mentioned that you are taking lamisil tablets or applying cream. if you are experiencing abdominal pain and diarrhoea like symptoms, then stop taking tablets and continue the cream until you consult your doctor
