General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Injury during 30th week of pregnancy is a matter of concern.

I would likefurther information like weight of the box?
As per history it fell on your back side or.front.
If it was a.small light weight object and fell on the back side then you need to worry
Please keep close watch for bleeding per vaginally or pain in abdomen
In such a situation you should immediately consult your gynaecologist for examination and an ultrasound

Continue doing light exercises
Multivitamin and calcium supplements
Best wishes
