Could Cialis Cause Bleeding During Intercourse?

Hello, I hope you can help me with this issue. A few nights ago after my wife and I had made love, we noticed blood on the bed sheets but could not find the source of the blood. We initially thought it was from her, but it wasn’t. This morning I discovered that the blood was coming from me. There are a few blood stains on the sheets where I sleep about 6 inches in diameter. I am 58 years old male and have been completely fatefully to my wife for over thirty years, so an STD isn’t an issue. I’m in good health and have had a colonoscopy a few years ago and all is well. The only thing I can think of is that for the last few years I do have to take about a half of a 20mg Cialis to maintain an erection. Could this cause the bleeding? I haven’t noticed any blood in my urine. Please respond as soon as I can. I would like to have soon information before I say anything to my wife. Thank you

I understand your concern.
One of the function of Cialis is vasodilatation (widening of vessels). So, it can cause bleeding in some cases which is mostly from nose.
In your case, you are taking this drug for some time and has found blood spot on your sheet. You might have mentioned exactly where you have observed blood stains, on pillow side or leg side and also was there any stain on your cloths?
Here, there is two possibilities, one is bleeding from nose or mouth(gum bleeding) and second is from anus. Now, with the limited details you have given, it is difficult to arrive at the cause.
I advise you should be watchful for blood in stools and if its there, get reassessed for hemorrhoids.
