Coughing And Throwing Up. Blood In Tissue After Blowing The Nose. Serious? Problem?

Hello Doctor,

For about 2 weeks now, I have been coughing continuously everyday to the point of nearly throwing up, and twice, already doing so. I have also, after a long amount of coughing...when I blow my nose, blood appears on the tissue?

What do you think the problem is, Is it anything serious or am I just being paranoid.

Thank you,

Amy.
