you are having constipation
, probably you are not trained your bowels/you are postponing the natural reflex unnecessarily..
you need to take lot of fluids, fruits and vegetables, exercises regularly, relaxation technique like meditation
...aviod caffiene..dont postpone the natural reflex..
for reducing the belly fat, do exercises specificallly designed for that, but consult the expert trainer before trying it.., aviod extrafat intake, bakery and fried items..
if constipation does not reduce for 15 days.. see gastroenterologist for investigation like colonoscopy
