Constant UTI, Blood In Urine, Ammonia Smelling Stools, Fatigue, Chills, Sweats. Have Damaged Kidney. Recurred E Coli Infection?

I have a UTI, (I always have them) not feeling well at all, I have a kidney that was damaged by strept 30 some years ago so there is always blood in my urine. Now my bowel movements smell like ammonia, I'm very weak, feeling faint, chills and sweats. 10 years ago I had ecoli and was very sick, could I still have that in my body? Nothing seems to help

Hi,
From history it seems that you had some damage in kidney and having recurrent UTI requires evaluation of your case.
Consult urologist and get examined and go for investigations like ultra sound, urine test and culture sensitivity.
After all reports he will go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
