Constant Leakage Of Urine

Hello My Dad had a harnia repair last week.But Now urine is leaking constantly. I not understanding why it is so? He has problem of enlarged prostate but before surguery he was OK?Also lot of gastric problem with big pain. kindly advice

I don't think the hernia repair has anything to do with the current problem.
Why was the hernia operated before the prostate in the first place? Please meet a urologist soon. He might land with uti if u delay it further
