Congestion In Head, Mild Fever, Fatigue, Loss Of Voice, Sore Throat, Pressure In Ears And Head, Cough With Green Mucus. Help

I have been feeling bad for over a week now. It started with head congestion. I'm not really running fever. About 99 degrees. I am very tired. I have lost my voice. I have had a sore throat for four days. I am congested (nose)(over a week). I have pressure type pain in my ears and head. I have a lot of drainage down my throat. It hurts when I cough. I am coughing up chunks of green mucous. Wondering if I should go see a dr or just wait it out. I'm a little short of breath. My chest seems tight. I squeak when I talk and sometimes squeak whole coughing.
