Cold Water Extraction On Paracetamol And Codeine Hemihydrate. In Pain. Suggest??

hi, i recently tried doing a cold water extraction on tablets containing paracetamol 500mg and codeine hemihydrate 30mg. i used 10 pills but used way too much water - like 500ml (i didnt think paracetamol was as soluble as it is in water) - i drank the filtered solution which was cloudy and had a bottle of wine while i was out in town. that was 24hrs ago. now my side is hurting, i did some research and im worried. what should i do? im 20 years old, male and weigh about 74kg.
