Cold, Sore Throat, Frequent Urination, Back Pain. Bladder Infection?

I have had a common cold the past week. Stuffy and runny nose, sore throat and fatigue. It is pretty much gone now but i am still fatigue and when i pee, which has been more frequent, i feel like i havent peed and theres nothing there when i go to pee again. I also woke up yesterday with one side of my back sore, but it might have been from yard work the previous day. Could this be a bladder infection? I am a 16 year old male. Also, when i drink more water, my pee is perfectly fine. Clear. Its normal color. Maybe a bit cloudy

Hello
This could be because of infection but you should drink lots of water.
Water will help to excreate all the toxins from the body and in addition will maintain hydration in the body.
In males there are less chances of infection until they are sexually active.
If you are not then donot worry and can wait for 1-2day and drink lots of water. If still not relieved then you can consult a doctor and get examined
