Cold Feet, Headache, Stomach Ache, Difficulty Sleeping, Dry Mouth. Help

Hello Dr. Bhatti, My symptoms started 3 hours ago. I have very cold feet , horrible headache , stomach ache and I cannot sleep. I sometimes shiver but I feel very hot which is weird. My mouth is very dry. I also over exhausted myself on sunday when i hiked wayy to much. I understand that is why my body is sore and fatigued but I don t understand the other symptoms. Thanks.

hello dear,
thanks for your query at HCM
you might be suffering from viral fever where you have low grade fever nausea, body aches,head ache , sore throat , and tiredness ,
use tab paracetamol 650 mg thrice daily and tab sinarest thrice daily these will improve your symptoms
if fever is not decresing you may have to start antibiotics
