Cold Feeling In Hand And Forearm, Spread To Left Side. What To Do?

I had feelings of coldness in my right hand and forearm a few nights ago. It also felt tired, like about to fall asleep. That lasted 30-40 minutes. Then last night it came on again. Started in hand and spread to forearm left side only. Lasted 45 minutes. Felt better in the am, then my left foot and shin area did the same cold poor circulation feeling. An hour or so later my left hand and forearm started up again. Now it is in both places at the same time and has gone on for more than a few hours. No pain or other symptoms to speak of. Don t have money to see doc, don t know what to think or do.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The symptoms you have described are likely to be due to nerve related problem. This can happen due to electrolyte disturbances or decreased Vitamin B 12 levels also. You can start taking these supplements and see if it helps.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
