Coffee Smell In Nose, Throat When Laughing, Shouting. Reason And Suggestion?

I am a female 23 years old. Since last 2 yrs i experience coffee smell in my nose n throat it lasts upto 4hrs sometimes. This happens when i laugh or shout. I cannot smell anything else i just smell coffee. Earlier the smell did not last for so long but now its lasts for 4hrs. Please tell the reason for this problem and suggest treatment.

Hi.This might be a perceptual disorder or there might be a local pathology like atrophic rhinitis(rarely).Its better to take an ENT as well as phychiatrist opinion.Hope this will help to clear your doubt.
