Cluster Of Pea Sized, Hard Lumps On Right Side Of Testicle, Dull To Stabbing Pain In Testicle, Soreness. Worsened Condition After Ejaculation. Possible Cancer?

Hi,
I have a cluster of pea sized, hard lumps on the right side of my left testicle. I can't tell how many there are. I've had pain in my left testicle for almost a week. The pain varies from dull to stabbing. It's especially sore while laying down, and somewhat worse after ejaculation. One of the lumps I've had for years, but only recently I've found the others. Does this sound like cancer?

This does not sound like a cancer, however it is good to rule it out with such symptoms.
Yours symptoms are most likely caused by cysts in this area (filled with clear fluid). Other possible reasons are epidydimis, varicocele or even inguinal hernia. If you have burning while urinating, frequent urinating, an infection is most probable.
If this lumps are more like a noodles, enlarged veins (varicocele) seems the main reason.

I suggest you to visit urologist and have testis ultrasound done.
