Circles With Purple Spots Beside Torso, Tested For Lyme. Taking Plavix, Heart Medicines. Opinions?

My husband has 2 round circles on his side of his torso. He has been tested for lymes but waiting for the results. The red circles has small purple spots in them - just on the red circles. not in the middle. Looked at purura but not all over body. Just on the red circles. He is taking plavix and other heart meds and is 67. Had stent in March. What do you think

Hello,
Thanks for the query,

Lyme disease is known to be associated with skin rash.

It is called as erythema chronicans migrans.

You dont need to worry much.

Let him continue treatment for lymes,

slowly skin lesion will disappear.

His cardiac parameters need to be monitored as lyme can aggravate heart diasese.
