Evidence of previous maxillary and ethmoid surgery (yes x 2) some hyperostosis of the right side of the sphenoid sinus, a degree of chronicity. Do you think I will need surgery again? Right side thickening 1.5cm left side 1.7cm defects in the medial walls of the maxillary antra bilaterally
