Child With Unpleasant Smelling Hair, Have Washed Several Times With Baking Soda, Vinegar But In Vain. Has Dandruff And Uses Selenium Sulfide Regularly. What Could Be The Cause?

My daughter (11 yrs) )has had unpleasant smelling hair, kind of mildewy/ urine like odor for about a week. We ve wAshed it like crazy, put tea tree oil in it. Washed w/ baking soda , vinegar etc... It smells right after washing. Any chance the selenium sulfide 2.5% we use periodically o. Her for dandruff flare ups could have an effect? Her dr. Doesn t seem to know what it could be.
