Child With Swollen Spot On The Leg After A Fall. Taking Ibuprofen. Treatment?

My daughter stepped down off of a swing earlier today and her other leg came down behind it by very hard. She was able to walk initially but after walking a little while she can no longer put any weight on it at all. She has taken ibuprofen about 30-45 minutes ago and the pain is not getting better it is getting worse. She also has a swollen spot on the outside area of her foot near where the tendon is.
