Child With Projectile Vomiting, Nose Bleed. Any Solution?

My 3 year old son has been having projectile vomiting since saturday night, it is now tuesday morning. He has no fever or other signs of being unwell but is not tolerating food or liquids, we are trying to keep him as hydrated as possible. I ve noticed that he has woken this morning with a nse bleed aswell what should we do? Kind regards, L.Wale

Projectile vomitings of 4 days duration is significant problem and consult your doctor for examination of your child to rule out any neuro related problems.

Firstly, this type of projectile vomiting is a characteristic sign of pyloric obstruction.
You must visit a pediatrician immediately, for a thorough clinical examination and for ordering investigations like blood electrolytes, Xray of abdomen in standing position, Ultrasound scan and for further management.
