Pediatrician 's  Response
Dear user,

Please, please don't do that ... this is a very bad area of the body to be experimenting. If the pus drains out ... it may be okay, but occasionally, it ruptures into the rectum, and this may lead to very very unpleasant consequences. So, please just rush to the doctor, and ask him to clear out the infection by creating a bigger hole and draining off the whole of the infected material. This will include the pus, the dirty blood, and the unhealthy tissue underneath, which may need to be scraped off.
