Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for your query,
As your child was seen by your doctor and diagnosed as Tonsillitis ,you follow the doctor advise and contnue the medication as prescribed by your doctor.
Whenever children become sick, their appetite will decrease and once they recover from the fever their appetite will increase, so nothing to worry. In mean time try to give plenty of oral fluids, fruit juices and soft diet.
In children there will be mild eye swelling but if you feel any concern discuss with your Pediatrician in review visit so he will clarify your concerns.
Hope i have answered your query.
