Child Vomiting After Breastfeeding. Prescribed Onodansetron. What To Do?

Hello sir i hve twins boy baby. My one baby do vomit after taking his feed n sometime he don't vomit bt he feel like vimit we r gveing cow milk to him coz i'm not able to gve my breastfeed. I went to a doc he gves me onodansetron oral solution ip 2mg/5ml 4 drops in a day 3time.i'm gveing him last 5 days bt he don't do so much vomit bt he do little bit n evertime he feel like to do vomit after taking feed.what should i do??????

You did not say how old your boys are but if his vomiting occurred after giving whole milk then that is likely the cause. I suggest you place him on one of the excellent infant formulas made by Nestle, MeadJohnson, or Ross/Abbott.

Ondansetron if for vomiting due to a virus, not milk intolerance and thus I would not recommend giving that medication.
