Child Suffering Form Appetite And Weight Issues

my baby is 1 year old now. ever since we introduced formula milk at 6 months she is having a tummy problem and cause by this her appetite is low and she not gaining much weight. most common problem is that her tummy will be gassy and she poo small soft stools. this gives her fever and cause discomfort. this at least happens every 2nd week. we have been at the pediatrician at 8 months, my baby went through a few scans and nothing was found wrong inside her tummy everything was normal. she was given anti-bioctics, recovered but thne problem is repeating. currently she is on infacare. am thinking of changing the formula milk to Nan 3 or Nan Pelargon. Please advise on which formula I can try out, cause am getting discourage by this situation

Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

i would suggest you to try home made foods depending on your cultural background. It will be more nutritious and will be natural.
It's likely that she has intolerance to commercial preparation and it will worth considering home made food than trying another commercial preparation .

Take care
