Child Infected With Klebisella Pneumoniae. No Relief After Starting With Amikacin And Meropenam

My baby is infected with Klebisella pneumoniae. two antibiotics are given to her for last 4 days in the form of inter venous injection. name of antibiotics are : Amikacin(50 mg) and Meropenam(125 mg). two doses, one in morning and one is evening is given.
but as such no improvements are shown, I am very much worried, please let me know, wht can be done?

you did not write where is the infection.- blood,urine or lungs?
This is a very good coverage for klebiella.
If it is pnumonia,it may take some time more.
Iam sure your child is in the hospital.
