Hi,
You report symptoms of vomiting(2 episodes),diarrhea (once) and fever in a child (?age). There is a likelihood of a gastrointestinal infection in the child leading to these symptoms. Apart from controlling the fever, his hydration needs to be taken care of. Plenty of oral fluids with balanced salts restore hydration in the body. And of course the cause needs to be taken care of in order to reduce the vomiting(not controlling the fever alone). If severe it may warrant the need for antibiotics.
In case of vomiting and diarrhea each time after intake of milk or diary products needs evaluation for lactose intolerance.
A pediatrician would be able to evaluate and treat accordingly.
Hope this helps,
