Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

I completely understand your concern and I hope I am able to help you for the same.
Your child seems to have developed a viral illness.

Presents with fever, skin rash .
Joint swelling is another manifestation.
Hydrate the child well.
Give adequate bed rest.
Give paracetamol for fever.
See a pediatrician soon for proper diagnosis and treatment.
An orthopaedic consult is sometimes required.

Hope it helps
