Child Having Pain In The Stomach And In Between The Nose And Forehead. X-ray For Sinusitis Normal. Need Vision Correction

hi.. My son is 3y 9months. He some times complains about stomach pain on right side, some time about nose pain(where nose & forehead joins). He usually get these pains when he is upset, or sleep is not proper or when he doesn t eat on time or on long travel We met dr and she did physical exam and couldn t find anything wrong. His food intake is ok, he is 104cm tal and 18kg. We have done an x-ray for sinus and no problems found. then eye test is done, which shows long sight with 0.5 power. Please help us identify possible cause.

it could be a simple gastritis,the symptom you are giving mimic all the symptoms of this disease,it could be stress induced ,due to taking some medications,or an infection from some bacteria,it can be diagnosed with endoscopy,whiich is usually a very invasive investigations usually not done in kids ,so just start the child on digene syrup and some acid blockers like famotidine.
