Child Having High Fever, Cold And Cough. No Relief With Medications. How To Cure?

Hi Doctors, My kid is 3 years old and for the past 3 days he is suffering from Fever 102.2 F and cough and Cold . We gave Crocin and Cetrizine first day no effect, met the doctor he gave Colpal 120 mg and Relent syrub we gave for another day no effect. Now we started with Azithral and Syinarest but still he is having fever please help me

Hi, If cough and cold are not decreasing you have to check whether he have got pnemonia or not.. fot that conult a doctor.. hewill auscultatewhis chest with sthethascope and if necessary will advise you to take a chest x-ray and blood tests... he may either change the oral antibiotic or admit him and give intravenous antibiotic and other supportive drugs.. so better to consult your pediatrician...
