Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
2 years baby weighing 12 kg is normal.
these children specially female children are more prone to urinary tract infection because of short urethra.
Your history suggests that she is suffering from urinary tract infection.
Better get her urine examined microscopically and treat with the advice of a pediatrician.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
