Child Has Recurrent Skin Allergy. Done Blood Test. Worried

Hi I have a 11 months old baby, he had some allergy on his skin, when I took him to doctor he directed him for a blood test. the report is as follows

RBC count - 4.26 million
HB - 8.7
PCV - 28%
MCV - 65 PG
MCH - 20%
MCHC - 32%
WBC COUNT - 0000 CELLS/ CUMM

POLYMORPHS - 70%
LYMPHOCYTES - 24%
EOSINOPHILS - 06%

ESR
1/2 HR - 15MM
1 HR - 42MM
PLATELET COUNT - 6.5 LAC
I am very much worried because he s getting this allergy often, how can he overcome this.

as per lab report result
HB is less it should be more than 12 gm/dl
you should give iron folic supplement .

high level of eosinophil also suggestive of allergy .
if your baby is suffering from skin allergy frequently go for total allergy pannel to find the allergen that might be any food stuff . environmental substance ...

on local lesion on skin apply calamine lotion . and topical steroid cream
if itching give medication with consult to doctor .
allergy also have hereditary relation .

give your baby healthy diet to improve immunity status .
