Child Has Lump On Side Of Vagina, Oozing White And Waxy Substance

Hi there. I have a 5 year old daughter who has a small lump on the side of her vagina but closer to her clitoris. Now when u slightly squeeze it hard white waxy like stuff comes out. What could this be as she says its sore. She used to get odd one her or there as a small toddler. ? 1st time she s had one since v little. It s only tiny.

A lump of that kind with cheezy material coming out seems more likely to be a dermoid cyst (a small congenital benign cyst) but since it has not been since childhood and occurs repeatedly it may be some skin infection. It can be elucidated only by examining so i suggest you consult a pediatric surgeon
