Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

Your child seems having an bacterial infection of the skin at his feet with associated fever.

It requires physical examination to find out the exact cause and may require both oral and topical antibiotic if it is due to bacterial infection.

For fever, you can continue calpol in prescribed dose.

Maintain and monitor his hydration.

Consult the doctor for physical examination and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.

Pediatrician Dr. Y V Siva Sankara Murty's  Response
Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

Those blisters etc could be because of bacterial infection. The fever could also be because of that. A physical examination and investigations will confirm the same.

Your doctor after confirming the diagnosis may prescribe antibiotic orally and local antibiotic if required.

Continue to ask further queries.
Hope this helps.
Take care.
