I am so sorry to hear about what your son is experiencing. Please, if the baby is healthy and growing normally, there is no reason to get worried. Though not common, it is observed in kids and we only intervene if it interferes with normal growth and development. Do not get worried by the nature of the stools and its frequency, be rather concerned about the health of the child. They generally get resolved without the need of any medical attention as the child grows older.
I hope you find this helpful. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to request for more information if need be. I wish you the best of health. Thanks. Dr. Ditah, MD
